BEGINNER'S REFORMER FLOW

Monday:12 noon/6pm

Tuesday: 4pm

Wednesday: 9am

Friday: 9am/12 noon 

Sunday: 10am

This class is ideal if you are a beginner to Reformer Pilates! Build strength and learn the basics of Reformer Pilates.

STRETCH AND STAMINA

Offered:

Tuesday: 11am/2pm

Thursday: 11am/2pm 

This class moves at a slower pace with plenty of stretch opportunities! Build strength so you can maintain good back health and posture. You will gain strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Feel amazing!

JUMP BOARD CARDIO

Wednesday: 12 noon

Saturday: 10am 

This class will help you burns loads of calories! Get that cardio blast you crave with all the benefits Reformer Pilates has to offer!

REFORMER SCULPT

Offered:

Monday: 7am

Wednesday: 7am/6:30pm 

Thursday: 6pm

Friday: 7am 

Sunday: 9am

This class is geared for clients that can move at a quicker pace, that can stand on top of the reformer with no assistance and can easily change their own springs. This class will challenge your core, glutes arms and back with many pulse opportunities!
